Once you’ve activated your DasherDirect card, your Dasher earnings will automatically be added to your DasherDirect card so you are paid after every dash. Payouts typically arrive in your DasherDirect Prepaid Account within minutes. Tips are also automatically added to your DasherDirect card within 24 hours after a customer adds a tip, which may occur up to 30 days after a dash is completed.
With DasherDirect you earn 2% cash back on every gas purchase and much more.
Cash back reward offers are also available for restaurants, groceries, online shopping and more, at hundreds of local and national brands you know and love.
How this works: Claim a gas, restaurant or grocery offer in the Perks section of your DasherDirect app to lock in a reward offer. Don’t forget to tap “Check-In” in the DasherDirect app and then use your DasherDirect card to pay once you arrive at the eligible merchant location. New rewards are added often, so check your DasherDirect app to see what’s available.
Reward offer limits and conditions apply and cash back rewards on gas is limited to $100 per calendar month. Gas merchant classification is subject to Visa rules.

While it may take 10 days for your physical card to arrive in the mail, you’ll have immediate access to a virtual card number as soon as you set up your details in the DasherDirect app. You can use the details from the virtual card, available in the DasherDirect app, for making online purchases and completing bank transfers until the physical card arrives.
Your virtual card is a temporary card for use until your physical card arrives in the mail. The virtual card will allow you to access your Dasher earnings automatically each day and make online purchases, pay bills, and complete money transfers until your physical card arrives. Once you activate your physical card, your virtual card will close automatically.
The virtual card and physical card will have the same number, but the expiration date and security code (CVV) will be different.
No, you will be issued a DasherDirect Virtual Card that can be used while you wait for your physical card to arrive. You can change your payout method to DasherDirect in the earnings section of the DoorDash app. Once you start receiving your DoorDash earnings in your DasherDirect Prepaid Account, use your Virtual Card for online purchases, bill payments, transfers to other bank accounts and more.
You can find your DasherDirect balance in the DasherDirect app, powered by Payfare.
No. Once your new card arrives and you activate your DasherDirect account, you'll automatically receive payouts after every dash, at no fee, to your DasherDirect account, and you'll no longer be able to cash out daily with Fast Pay. To switch back to weekly direct deposits (with the option of withdrawing funds daily with FastPay for a $1.99 fee), tap the Bank icon on the Earnings screen, and select the "Switch Payout Account" button.
From the DasherDirect app menu, click “Manage Card” and mark your card as lost. Once you complete the steps to order a new card, you’ll have temporary access to a new virtual card, which you can use to make online purchases, transfer money, receive direct deposits, and pay bills, while you wait for your new physical card to arrive.
If you do not see DasherDirect in your Dasher app, you may need to download the latest version of the Dasher app.
Wellness Perks by Avibra is an exclusive offer for Dashers including well-being support, life and accidental death insurance, and more. To be eligible, Dashers must remain an Active Dasher and have their payout method set to DasherDirect in the Dasher app (e.g. payout within the last 30 days). There is no membership fee, but there are optional coverage and services available for Wellness Perks by Avibra Essentials for $1.00 per week. Please see the Perks section of the DasherDirect app to learn more and check the services that are currently available.
Wellness Perks by Avibra Core offers qualifying DasherDirect Dashers insurance coverage, Wellness Perks by Avibra and more. To keep Wellness Perks by Avibra Core activated, Dashers must log into the Avibra app monthly and tap “Renew”. Some free perks include:

Eligible Dashers can sign up for the Wellness Perks by Avibra option on the DasherDirect app in the Perks Section and follow the app instructions. Dashers must have the app version 1.8.4 or higher to access Wellness Perks by Avibra.
Dashers will need to download the Avibra app to add or change beneficiary information and manage Wellness Perks by Avibra Core or Essentials services. Dashers can find relevant information to file a claim in the Avibra app or should contact hello@avibra.com for support.
