To be eligible for this offer, Dashers must complete at least one delivery a month and be a selected participant. What is DashPass?

DashPass is a subscription service that offers unlimited deliveries from thousands of eligible restaurants with $0 delivery fee on orders over $12.* DashPass is currently available in the United States and Canada with some areas excluded. *See full terms here.

My DashPass benefits did not apply?

If you are a DashPass subscriber but your order does not meet the minimum basket subtotal, your DashPass benefits will not apply. Additionally, to make sure your order is eligible, look for the green DashPass icon underneath the merchant's name. In order to make sure benefits are applied correctly please follow these steps:

  • Check the DoorDash app or for restaurants near you that have the green checkmark.

  • Enjoy $0 delivery fees and reduced service fees on all DashPass orders over $12.* or more and eligible grocery store orders of $25 or more.

  • DashPass subscribers save an average of $4-5 per eligible order. With new restaurants added and more on the way, you’ll spend more time picking the food you want and less time hunting for deals across delivery platforms.

I see an unauthorized charge of $4.99.

We know that seeing an unfamiliar charge on your account can be alarming. We're here to help. If you see an unknown charge:

  • Consider who else has access to your account. If a family member or partner has your login info, it's possible for them to place an order with your saved payment information from a different device.

  • If you don't have a DoorDash account, consider all parties with whom you have willingly shared credit card information. It's possible that they used your card to place an order with their own account.

  • If the bank statement says DoorDash DashPass or DashPass then it is a charge for our subscription service. You can verify the same by opening Manage DashPass Banner and check Billing History.

What else is included?

Subscribers enjoy exclusive member benefits, like priority customer support and DashPass-only promotions. When you subscribe to DashPass you will be able to redeem the benefits on both Caviar and DoorDash.

Will my DashPass benefits apply to both Caviar and DoorDash?

Yes! Please use the same login information for both Caviar and DoorDash. Your DashPass benefits will automatically be available on both platforms.

What will happen if I cancel my free trial?

If you cancel during a trial period, your benefits will be terminated immediately. If you cancel after the billing date your subscription will be charged to your default payment method and DashPass benefits will be valid till the end of the billing cycle. 

How much does it cost?

Eligible Dashers get all of the above for just $4.99/month. You can redeem this exclusive offer through your promo link sent via email. Make sure to use your Dasher log-in information and dash at least 1x/month to keep your benefit.
