What’s the offer?
DoorDash has partnered with a bike rental company, BIXI, to offer you one month of BIXI membership (worth $18) for $0! To qualify for the offer, you must sign up to become a dasher and complete your first delivery in Montreal before October 10, 2022.
How do I redeem the offer?
We will send you a unique coupon code via email; you’ll have to enter the code in the BIXI app to unlock one month of monthly membership for $0. The codes are sent out every Monday and are valid until November 15. However, we suggest you use the code by October 15 to make the most of the offer; BIXI halts its operations for the winter season after November 15.
Why should I get excited?
BIXI has a network of 800 stations spread out across Montreal, Laval, Longueuil, Westmount, Ville Mont-Royal and Montréal-Est. With the monthly membership, you can take unlimited 45-minute trips on regular BIXI bikes for free. However, if the trip takes longer than 45 minutes, you’ll be charged a discounted rate of 10₵/minute. You also get a reduced rate of 12₵/minute for Electric BIXI Bikes.
What happens after the first month?
BIXI monthly membership is auto-renewing and ends only when you decide to cancel it via the BIXI Space portal. You must cancel your subscription within 28 days of the start date to avoid incurring a renewal fee.
What if I already have a BIXI monthly membership?
Members who have an active monthly membership can use the promo code for the next month. Just cancel your active membership at least ten days before the invoicing date and then subscribe again using the promo code to take advantage of the offer.
